CANCELLATION: I require a 24 hour notice of cancellation or reschedule. Should you cancel or reschedule within the 24 hours you will lose your 30% deposit and will be required to pay another when you would like to book another service. If you cancel or reschedule before the 24 hours it will go towards your next service or be returned to you. LATE POLICY: Please let me know if you are running late, I get that stuff happens. If you arrive after 15 minutes without notice you will be charged a late fee or will have to be rescheduled. NO SHOW POLICY: If you no call, no show you will lose your 30% deposit and will be banned from online booking. If you’d like to book another appointment, you will need to contact me directly and a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required. Constant no showing, last minute canceling or rescheduling will result in a ban from all services indefinitely. ADJUSTMENTS: I take pride and stand by my work and strive to make every client happy. If for some reason you are unsatisfied please contact me within 72 hours of your original appointment so we can figure out a plan. The adjustment appt must be scheduled and received within 5 days of the original appointment day and cannot be scheduled for a later date. Adjustments are not available for color corrections, previous box dye, if the client goes to another stylist or alters their hair in anyway, and if the client doesn’t use salon quality products at home. Hair color can only be ensured if the products are purchased in the salon. Adjustments do not apply to clients who have changed their mind on a service and does not include anything other than what was discussed during the consultation. There are no refunds. I completely understand things come up and life happens! Just please let me know as soon as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule and we can find something that works best!
